| 摘 要： | 为了提高数控机床热误差建模精度,提出了基于时序模型优化选择的热误差建模方法,重点论述了时序分析法用于机床热误差建模时的模型优化选择问题.通过分析热误差序列自相关函数和偏自相关函数的性质进行时序模型识别,采用AIC、F和白度检验定阶准则相结合的判定方法,完成模型阶次的确定,从而为时序建模提供了选型和定阶依据,使时序分析方法更加有效地应用于热误差建模.对一台车削加工中心进行了热误差建模,并通过对比分析验证了基于时序模型优化选择的热误差建模方法能够显著提高建模精度.
