摘    要:基于结构实验模态分析技术,模拟实际加工工况,用正弦宽频扫描激振,对K510n数控车床各点测取加速度响应信号.用Polymax模态参数识别软件对实测的频响函数数据进行识别处理,得到了该车床的多阶振动模态参数,并取出三阶薄弱模态进行详细分析处理,得出以提高车床切削抗振能力为目标的动力学优化设计改进方案.
