基于优化方法的钻机回转器关键部件改进设计

摘    要:针对钻机回转器关健零部件立轴套、箱体结构上出现的问题,利用尺寸优化方法对立轴套轴段内外径、轴段长进行改进设计,利用拓扑优化方法对箱体体积进行优化改进设计,并对改进后的结构进行分析以验证其优化结果的合理性.结果表明,改进后的结构不但满足设计要求而且结构更加合理.

Abstract:For the structural problems of spindle sleeve and box of the key components of drill gyrator,improved design of the paragraph shaft diameter,length of shaft segment of spindle with sizing optimization method,improved design of the size of the size of box with topology optimization method,and analyzed the improved structure to verify the reasonableness of the optimization results.The results show that the improved structure is not only to meet the design requirements and the structure is more reasonable.
