摘    要:通过对刀尖内摆线轨迹数学模型的深入研究,探讨了利用内摆线实现工件和刀具连续旋转分度加工的基本思想;在此基础上提出了调用多个商用软件资源库的混编开发模式.通过对通用软件开发模块的整合和无缝连接,快速地构建出内摆线加工仿真系统,并实现了内摆线加工仿真.仿真的结果既验证了内摆线加工原理的可行性,又证明了基于多开发平台混编开发模式的有效性.
