基于FX2N-20GM的双轴步进控制系统设计

摘    要:步进电机是一种离散运动的装置,在数字控制系统中有着广泛的应用.在系统介绍FX2N-20GM运动控制模块接口功能的基础上,结合FX2N PLC与CR-3A16步进电机驱动器,从硬件电路和运动控制程序开发两个方面详细论述了双轴步进控制系统的设计方法.仿真与实验结果说明该方法是一种遵循模块化设计理念、通用性较强的双轴控制解决方案.
