基于轴承油膜电阻的自动对刀技术研究

摘    要:针对目前一般经济型数控机床中存在的无法自动对刀问题,研究了滚动轴承油膜电阻的特性和量级,并结合滤波比较电路设计了数控机床自动对刀技术.通过将自动对刀技术运用于全自动转子动平衡机上,验证了此技术的可行性和有效性.根据实验结果,此技术还可运用和推广到更广范围的数控设备上.

Abstract:There is no automatic tool positioning structure used in economical CNC machine.According to this problem,the characteristic of the rolling bearing oil-film resistance is studied.Moreover,through combining filter-compare circuit,the automatic tool positioning technology is designed.After applying this technology in automatic balancing machine,the result testifies the feasibility and availability.In addition,this technology could be expanded and applied to wider range of CNC equipments.
