| 摘 要： | 门铰链型钢是专门为制造汽车门铰链轧制而成的型钢条料.在型钢轧制过程中,由于轧辊辊缝的存在而不可避免地出现耳子(即飞边).原来通过人工使用角磨机来打磨耳子,我们对原来的加工方法进行革新,而设计制造了一种汽车门铰链型钢刨耳子专用机床.文章重点对此机床的总体结构、导向传动结构、压紧结构、刀具结构进行了分析,相信文章对研制同类型的刨耳子专用机床具有一定的参考价值.
