摘    要:以高速卧式镗铣加工中心立柱为研究对象,采用有限元与实验相结合的分析方法对其动态特性进行了研究.建立了立柱的有限元模型,并进行了模态分析,得出了1至4阶固有频率和相应振型.搭建了立柱动态特性实验平台,选择了四组激振点和拾振点,采用单点激振和单点拾振的方式进行了数据采集.通过分析实验数据,获得了立柱前4阶固有频率和关键位置的动刚度.有限元和实验分析的固有频率相对误差小于9%,表明该平台可有效的激起立柱的固有频率,理论与实验分析结果可为立柱的结构优化设计提供理论依据.
