| 摘 要： | 针对手工倒角劳动强度高、加工效率低的现状,开发了一台自动倒角机,采用基于PLC的控制系统,对倒角工序进行顺序控制,实现连续循环加工,以提高生产效率.该系统可对细长棒料两端同时倒角,并且可以通过触摸屏设定工件直径和切削量,以满足不同直径工件的倒角要求.利用光电开关准确感应工件的位置,通过相关的控制程序自动补偿工件长度误差和送料定位误差,从而实现快速、高效与高精度的倒角.
