单相永磁同步电动机的一种研究方法

在单相电力拖动装置中,使用单相永磁同步电动机替代传统的单相异步电动机是发展的必然趋势,然而目前单相永磁同步电动机的相关研究文献较少.本文基于简化的等效磁路、等效电路模型,利用电压迭代法编写出单相永磁同步电动机的设计软件SPPMSM v1.0,该软件的设计结果很好的满足了样机的设计技术要求.然后采用Ansoft公司的Maxwell软件,建立了单相永磁同步电动机(SPPMSM)的系统仿真模型.在所建立的模型基础上,对单相永磁同步电动机的基本特性和运行性能进行了仿真研究.仿真结果可以用来指导这种新型电机的设计.

A Research on Single-Phase Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor

For single-phase electric driving devices, it is a inevitable trend that the conventional single-phase induction motors are replaced with the single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous ones, but the references of reaching single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motors is quite little at present. Based on the simplified model of equivalent magnetic circuit and electric circuit, the design software SPPMSM v1.0 of single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor is drawn up using voltage iteration method in this paper. As a result, this software well meets the technical requirements of samples. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the system simulation model of single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor(SPPMSM) using software Maxwell of Ansoft company. The basic characteristic and operation performance of SPPMSM are analyzed based on this model. The results of simulation can be used for design of this new kind of motor.
