氧中毒方式及反应条件对F—T合成的影响

摘    要:考察了合成气中氧浓度、中毒方式及反应条件对F—T合成铁催化剂的影响.实验表明,氧中毒催化剂的相对活性在反应初期超过1,随后降低.当其相对活性降至0.4后,不再降低而回升到0.6左右.催化剂中毒后,F—T合成产物中气态烃(C1~C5)含量明显增加,蜡含量和烯烷比降低,而水相中有机含氧化合物含量增加.Mossbauer谱分析表明,氧中毒催化剂中Fe3O4.含量较还原态催化剂中Fe3O4含量高,而χ—Fe5C2含量减小.

Abstract:The effect of the oxygen concentration in synthetic gas, the way of poisoning of catalyst and the reaction condition on the Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) synthesis over Fe-Cu-K catalyst is inveshgated. The results show that the relative activity of oxygen-poisioned catalyst exceeds one within the first few home poisoning, then decreases to the ralative activity of 0.4 with increase of oxygen fed to catalyst, and finally increases to0.6. When catalyst is poisoned by oxygen the gaseous hydrocarbon content increases greatly, and the content of organic oxygenate formed in water increases. However, the contentsof wax and the ratio of olefin to paraffin decrease. The Mossbauer spectra of Fe-Cu-K catalysts show that the content of Fe3O4 in poisoned catalyst increases, While that of x-Fe5C2 decreases compared with that of reduced catalyst.
