| 摘 要： | 提出了模块化企业和插件式企业的概念，并对这种企业的组织结构进行了探讨。认为模块化和插件式的企业才能真正快速构成动态联盟，才能产生敏捷制造的制造模式，并对传统的企业如何转化为模块化或插件式的企业进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The conception of plug-in or modularized corporation was proposed in this paper, and the structure of this kind of corporation was discussed. It was thought that only plug-in or modularized corporation could form dynamitic alliance and produce the agile manufacturing mode. The problem of how conventional corporations transformed to modularized ones was also analyzed. |
