气压加载自动控制系统研制

摘    要:介绍的系统是以计算机为主体、采用人机对话和PID调节方式作为气压加载的控制系统,它具有图形化界面、动态显示、参数管理、实时跟踪的特点;该系统消除了用以前控制方法所引起的人为读数误差,减小了少调或过调阀门而产生的控制误差,大大提高了量测控制精度并实现了智能化控制,值得类似模型试验推广应用.

Abstract:An air pressure-loading control system based on computer and PID regulating mode is presented.With the features of a graphic interface,animated demonstration,parameter management and real-time tracking,the system can eliminate the man-made errors caused by the conventional regulating method,reduce the regulating errors resulted from under or over modulation and realize substantially the regulating accuracy of measurement and artificial intelligence;thus its popularization is of great significance for the similar model tests.
