冲灰管道的在线酸洗

对冲灰管道进行在线酸洗，不影响机组正常运行。在实践中为提高酸洗效果和减少腐蚀泄漏可将冲灰管道分为前后两部分进行酸洗，就是先对冲灰管道的后半部分进行酸洗，再对前半部分进行酸洗，不仅能够节约盐酸的用量，还减少了局部管道过度酸洗发生腐蚀泄漏的概率。
