摘    要:为了制备碳黑-二氧化硅-环氧树脂基复合材料弯曲角度感应器,采用K-控制仪将该材料涂层到透明薄膜上,通过研究感应器电阻率随弯曲角度的变化情况及扫描电镜分析,探讨二氧化硅对感应灵敏度的影响.结果表明,从0°弯曲角开始,随着弯曲角度的增加,感应器的电阻率先下降后增加.当感应器中二氧化硅含量低时,碳黑颗粒易于形成聚集,材料中形成的导电通路密度相对较低,容易受外加条件的影响,其对弯曲角度的感应灵敏度较高.碳黑与聚合物分子间存在着较好的物理化学作用,制备的感应器具有良好的感应重复性.

Abstract:To manufacture carbon black (CB) /epoxy resin/silica composite based bending sensors,the above composites were coated on polyester film by K-control coater. The effect of silica content on sensitivity of the sensors was addressed by monitoring the variation of electrical resistivity and analyzing the scanning electron microscope images. Results show that,the electrical resistivity of sensors drops and then increases with the increase of bending angle. Higher sensitivity can be achieved at lower silica loadings. In these cases,CBs are readily to form aggregates,resulting in lower density of conductive paths. The reproducibility of obtained sensors is reasonable,which can be attributed to the good physical and chemical interactions between CBs and polymer matrix.
