摘    要:针对四辊轧机弯辊电液伺服控制系统,进行供油压力波动对系统输出精度影响及通过动压反馈网络改善系统动态品质的实验研究,获得系统输出压力变化与供油压力波动量及系统带宽之间的关系,证明动压反馈网络的消扰作用,为确定伺服油源允许压力波动范围和精确设计恒压源系统提供依据。

Abstract:The influence of supplied oil pressurefluctuation on output accuracy for the bendingroll electrohydraulic servo control system ofrolling mills is duscussed and the system dynam-ic characteristics is improved by the dynamicpressure feedback network through the experi-mental study and computer simulation. The rela-tionships between the output pressure of hy-draulic control system,the bandwidth of the sys-tem and the fluctuant supply oil pressure aregained. The dynamic pressure feedback networkis a reliable and efficient correction method forthe system. Therefore theoretical base for deter-miniing the allowable fluctuation range of pres-sure and accurate design of constant pressuresource system are also obtained.
