基于Flash存储器的抗高过载电子记录器关键技术研究

摘    要:在高达数万g的爆炸抛撒过载和数万g的穿甲过载的恶劣环境下,提高电子记录器的抗过载能力是获取数据的前提,针对这一需求在大量试验的基础上,根据工程实际设计了以Flash存储器为存储介质,以FPGA为主控制器,高速多通道ADC实现模数转换器的电子记录器。提出了可靠启动技术、时钟技术、Flash存储器防误擦除技术、防护技术等关键技术,通过了炮击钢靶实验,验证了根据这些关键技术所研制的电子记录器具有强抗过载能力和高可靠性。

Abstract:It is a premise to improve anti-electronic recorder's overload-ability for obtaining data under severe conditions of as much as tens of thousands of g overload during explosive dispersing and tens of thousands of g's armor-piercing overload.Based on lots of experiments and the actual engineering for the demand,the article presents a kind of recorder which is composed by the Flash memory for the storage medium,FPGA-based controller and high-speed multi-channel ADC.The key technologies are proposed such as re...
