| 摘 要： | 针对水处理过程开关量多,模拟量少的特点,以逻辑顺序控制为主,闭环回路控制为辅,因此PLC在污水处理行业得到了广泛应用。以某循环排污水回用处理项目为例,介绍了污水处理工艺流程,概括了PLC控制系统的配置和控制方式,以及由PLC控制站和上位机组成的控制系统的主要功能。该系统全面提高了设备的自动化控制水平,解决了污水处理过程中处理效率低下,出水水质不稳的问题。
