| 摘 要： | 通过对某油库铁路定量装车系统进行可靠性分析,用实例展示了马尔柯夫随机理论对可修复系统可靠性的定量分析过程,证实了可靠性对系统其他6大质量目标(性能、维护性、安全性、适应性、经济性、时间性)的实现起到重要的保证作用。同时结合中国石油成品油库的设计思路和建设要求,从可靠性分析角度对油库设计、建设和管理方面提出几点建议。
