摘    要:针对天然气管道存在的腐蚀问题,可通过腐蚀失效分析方法对天然气管道进行风险评价。依据结构可靠性分析理论,提出了一种通过腐蚀失效概率模型来描述管道腐蚀失效的方法。基于极限状态方程,建立了管道腐蚀失效概率模型。通过计算管道3种代表性的减薄状态,并将3个失效概率加权相加得到总的失效概率。最后通过实际算例证明了该模型的适用性。该模型为埋地管道失效概率的计算提供了一个可行的方法。

Abstract:Aiming at the corrosion problems existed in natural gas pipeline, it can carry out risk assessment for natural gas pipeline through the corrosion failure analysis method. Based on the analysis theory of structural reliability, a method to describe pipeline corrosion failure was put forward through corrosion failure probability model. A failure probability model of corroded pipeline based on limit state equation was established. By calculating pipe three representative thinning states, and the general failure probability was got by weighting summation of three failure probability. At last, the applicability of the model was proved through the actual example. This model provides a feasible method for calculating buried pipeline failure probability.
