Application of CAI in Chemical Industry

This paper deseribes the use of CAI in chemical engineering education and training. CAI has been widely adopted by universities and chemical industrial enterprises in various forms such as test question database, system simulation, multimedia technology and so on. The authors make a contrast between CAI and traditional education to show the great advantages of CAI. The extensive applications and benefit of CAI are also presented. Finally,some developments of CAI in the future are previewed including Intelligent Artificial used in CAI and Virtual Reality technology,which will sure achieve more success in chemical engineering.
