干涉条纹检测微动位移的图像处理方法

摘    要:干涉测量方法目前已经在我国广泛应用,测量精度也是不断提高,而测量精度根据不同的方法而不同,通过目测干涉条纹变化来检测位移的变化,不仅使使用者劳动强度大,而且因为不同的测量人员而得到的结果,提出基于图像处理的干涉条纹检测微动位移的方法。根据试验结果,检测精度达到λ/10,为精密测量位移提供方法参考。

Abstract:Inerferometry is widely used in our country,and measurement accuracy is increasing.While different method would cause different accuracy,and based on manual watching interference to check displacement changing,it is hard to experimenters,and the accuracy result varies for different person.So the paper sets up a method to check micro displacement based on interference fringe image processing.From the experiment result,the checking accuracy is up to λ/10,the method can give reference to precise measurement.
