大豆疫霉根腐病部分抗性的遗传分析

摘    要:利用苏88-M21×新沂小黑豆衍生的176个重组自交家系(NJRISX),采用根部创伤接种方法接种大豆疫霉菌株P6497,研究大豆对大豆疫霉根腐病部分抗性的遗传机制。结果表明苏88-M21对大豆疫霉P6497的部分抗性是由2对互补的主基因加多基因控制,主基因遗传率为74.13%,多基因遗传率为23.79%。

Abstract:The aim of the present study was to reveal the mechanisms of partial resistance to Phytophthora sojae in soybean.A population of 176 recombinant inbred lines(RIL) derived from the cross of Su88-M21×Xinyixiaoheidou were evaluated using the slant board assay.The results showed that the partial resistance in Su88-M21 to strain P6497 was controlled by two major genes plus polygenes with the major gene heritability being 74.13%,and polygene heritability being 23.79%.
