二维法在高炉炉缸内衬侵蚀模型中的应用研究

摘    要: 介绍了高炉炉缸内衬侵蚀的一维和二维模型的计算原理,结合算例讨论了2种侵蚀识别方法的差别。对比分析表明:一维法存在较大缺陷,二维法具有更高的侵蚀识别精度。该二维模型法已经用于多座高炉炉缸炉底内衬侵蚀诊断。开发了基于二维模型的包钢2号高炉炉缸内衬侵蚀在线分析系统。

Abstract:According to the heat conduction principle in the solid,one and two dimensional methods are introduced, and the difference between two methods for calculating blast furnace hearth erosion is discussed. The result indicates that one dimensional method has obvious shortcomings and two dimensional method has higher precision than that of one dimensional method. The model based on two dimentional method was used to diagnose erosion of several blast furnace bottom and hearth. The online analysis system of BISG NO.2 blast furnace hearth erosion was established based on two dimensional method.
