赞比亚某多金属矿综合回收试验研究

摘    要:赞比亚某多金属矿,矿石矿物较为复杂,矿物种类繁多,矿石中有价元素为铜、铅、锌、银等金属元素。铜矿物、铅矿物嵌布粒度粗细不均匀,细粒含量较大,属难选矿石类型。本研究采用铜铅锌优先浮选流程,闭路试验获得了含铜19.50%、含银1010.00g/t、铜回收率60.49%的铜精矿;含铅62.75%、含银300.00g/t、铅回收率87.99%的铅精矿;含锌15.72%、锌回收率66.54%的锌精矿,银在铜、铅精矿中的总回收率达到82.34%。试验取得了优良的技术指标,为该矿石的开发利用提供了技术依据。

Abstract:There are a wide variety of complex minerals in the polymetallic ore in Zambia, Cu,Pb,Zn and Ag were the valuable elements,the dissemination particle sizes of copper and lead minerals was uneven,fine particle content was high. This ore type was hard to separate. The preferential flotation flow-sheet was used in this study, Copper concentrate with grade of copper 19.50%,grade of silver 1010.00g/t,recovery of copper 60.49%, lead concentrate with grade of lead 62.75%,grade of silver 300.00g/t,recovery of lead 87.99%,zinc concentrate with grade of zinc 15.72%, ,recovery of zinc 66.54% and recovery of silver 82.34% in the copper concentrate and lead concentrate had been obtained by the closed-circuit test. Good technical index had been achieved by this experiment,which provided technical basis for the development and utilization of the ore.
