辽宁某铁硼矿磁选-浮选试验研究

摘    要:辽宁某铁硼矿石中有用矿物有磁铁矿、硼镁石和硼镁铁矿,脉石矿物主要有镁橄榄石、蛇纹石、透闪石、金云母、磷灰石、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿以及碳酸盐矿物等。矿石的物质组成复杂,共生关系密切,磁铁矿嵌布粒度细,属难选铁硼矿石。试验采用阶段磨矿阶段磁选铁矿物,磁选尾矿浮选回收硼矿物的工艺流程,在原矿品位TFe 24.68%、B2O34.77%的条件下,获得铁精矿品位61.34%,铁回收率89.63%,硼精矿品位B2O312.00%,硼总回收率51.41%的试验指标。

Abstract:The main useful mineral are magnetite, camsellite and boric magnesium iron ore and main gangue mineral are magnesium olivine, ophiolite, tremolite, phlogopite, aptite, pyrite, pyrrhotite and some carbonate minerals in a ore in Liaoning. The composition of the ore is complex, the relationship is close between different minerals,the magnetite is fine disseminated, it is iron-boron ores of being difficult to processed. The index of grade of Fe being 61.34%, and recovery of Fe being 89.63%,grade of B2O3 being 12.00%, and recovery of B2O3 being 51.41% were got on by using the flowsheet of stage grinding, stage magnetic separation recovering Fe and using the flowsheet o flotation recovering B the gangue of Fe and suitable conditions.
