三氯化铝交联淀粉高吸水性树脂的合成及性能

摘    要:以马铃薯淀粉为原料,丙烯酸为接枝单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,三氯化铝为交联剂,合成了淀粉接枝丙烯酸高吸水性树脂,并对产物进行性能测试和红外、紫外可见光谱的结构表征。考察了影响产物吸水性能的5个合成条件,在反应温度65℃,3 mLw(K2S2O8)=1%水溶液,2 mLw(AlCl3)=1%水溶液,m(淀粉)∶m(丙烯酸)=1∶6,单体中和度70%时,树脂达到最高的吸去离子水倍数1 440 g/g。产物粉末2 min可达到饱和吸水率的50%,凝胶能有效延长水分蒸发时间,吸自来水率达到560 g/g,具有良好的工农业和市场应用前景。

Abstract:Starch grafted acrylic acid super absorbent polymer was synthesized by using potato starch as material,acrylic acid as monomer,potassium persulfate as initiator and aluminum chloride as crosslinker.The swelling performance was studied and the product was characterized by FTIR and UV-Vis spectra.The optimum conditions determined were reaction temperature 65 ℃,amount of w(K2S2O8)=1% 3 mL,w(AlCl3)=1% 2 mL,m(starch)∶m(acrylic acid)=1∶6 and neutralization degree of monomer 70%.The maximum deionized water absorption was 1 440 g/g,the swelling rate of product powder reached 50% of saturation within 2 minutes,and the evaporation time was lengthened.Moreover,the absorption of tap water reached 560 g/g.
