亚铵法制浆蒸煮过程中蒸球缓蚀剂的研究

摘    要:本文通过电化学和失重法正交筛选实验,得出(NH_4)_3PO_4为亚铵法制浆过程蒸球的有效缓蚀剂,并对其缓蚀机理进行了探讨。实验表明,磷酸铵为一种阳极钝化型缓蚀剂,它在亚铵蒸煮过程中的缓蚀率可达88.1%,能使体系的腐蚀率下降到0.1mm/Y。在蒸煮液中有Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Fe~(2+)等二价阳离子存在的条件下,磷酸根离子与其形成难溶性沉淀物,抑制了碳钢表面的阳极溶解反应,减缓了蒸球的腐蚀。本文还利用现代表面分析手段对加入磷酸铵后碳钢表面形成的保护膜进行了分析测定,并用电化学方法研究了温度、pH值对加入(NH_4)_3PO_4缓蚀剂前后腐蚀电流的影响。最后通过对纸浆物检性能的测定,证明(NH_4)_3PO_4缓蚀剂的加入对纸浆性能没有显著影响。

Abstract:Based on a series of screen tests through the orthogonal design of experiments, ammonium phosphate is proposed as an effective anodic inhibitor in neutral ammonium sulfite liquor and inhibitory mechanism is surveyed. The structure and composition of the protective layer are determined by means of modern surface analysis instrumentation.The effects of pH, temperature and various inhibitor additions on corrosion rates studied systematically by electrochemical methods, examination has also proved that the influence of (NH_4)_3PO_4 inhibitor on physical properties of pulp and paper obtained is negligible.
