含羧基噻唑橙荧光染料的合成、修饰与光谱特性

摘    要:合成了含有羧基的噻唑橙(TO-COOH),同时采用壳聚糖(CTS)对其进行修饰,得到噻唑橙-壳聚糖(TO-COOH-CTS),并通过红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)等测试手段对TO-COOH-CTS结构进行表征.研究了该染料的荧光特性,壳聚糖修饰的TO-COOH具有明显的荧光增强效应.

Abstract:In this paper, the Thiazole Orange ( TO )with carboxyl (namely TO-COOH) was synthesized and modified by chitosan oligosaccharide (CTS)to produce Thiazole Orange-chitosan oligosaccharide(TO-COOH-CTS). The target compound was confmned by infrared spectrum(IR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test mode.The effect of the fluorescence enhancement on TO-COOH-CTS was shown obviously by the fluorescence spectrum.
