| 摘 要： | 本文提出了城市的宜居环境三个层次的建设目标,即宏观层次的"宜居城市"建设、中观层次的"宜居社区"建设和微观的"宜居住宅"建设;结合湘潭市昭山仰天湖地段建设规划的实践,论述了中观层次的"宜居社区"环境建设在交通与基础设施建设、景观环境建设和人文氛围营造、建筑群体布置及建筑形象、物业管理及后续服务建设等四个方面的建设目标及要求。
