河南黄河大型机械抢险技术探索

随着河南黄河专业机动抢险队的建立和挖掘机、装载机、自卸汽车等大型机械在防洪工程抢险中的应用，实现机械抢险与传统抢险的全面配合，已成为现实的客观要求．河南河务局在机械抢险方面不断探索，取得了装载机改装软料叉车、机械施做“厢埽”、机械装抛大铅丝笼、挖掘机装抛铅丝笼、装载机装抛铅丝笼、铅丝笼封口机等抢险新技术的成功试验与应用，极大地提高了抢险效率、减小了人工劳动强度，标志着黄河抢险技术水平的提高。

Research on technology of flood fighting with large-size machineries for reach of Yellow River in Henan Province

Since the founding of the professional mechanized flood fighting team of Yellow River Henan Bureau and the application of large-size construction machineries such as excavator,loader,dump car,etc.,the realization of the full cooperation between the mechanized flood fighting and the traditional flood fighting measures has become to be an objective requirement practically,for which the continuous efforts have been made by the bureau.Therefore,the new techniques and methods combined with both the mechanized equipments and the traditional methods for the flood fighting successfully tested and used by the mechanized flood fighting team concerned are introduced herein,with which the efficiency of the flood fighting has been greatly raised and the labor intensity has been largely reduced as well.This represents the raising of the technical level of the flood fighting for the Yellow River.
