小型车载卫通天线座的结构设计

摘    要:根据车载卫通天线座的主要技术指标,以小型化和模块化设计为指导思想,选取新型传动型式——钢丝绳摩擦传动,并选择碟型弹簧作为传动系统的张紧装置。设计了一种小型转台式天线座,该天线座体积小,重量轻,满足了系统可靠性和机动性要求。

Abstract:According to the basic technical specification of a vehicle-borne satellite communication antenna pedestal , use miniaturization and modularization as the guideline, a new drive-wire rope friction drive are selected to design a small antenna pedestal,and chosen the disk spring as tensioner of the drive system. The characteristics of the pedestal are compact size, low weight. The pedestal satisfies the reliability and the maneuverability requirements of the system.
