| 摘 要： | 介绍铜陵有色400kt／a硫铁矿制酸装置的工艺流程、设备配置、设计参数和生产运行情况。经过试生产期间的调节和完善，目前装置运行比较稳定，硫酸产量超过1200t／d，蒸汽产量约72∥h，尾气p（SO2）不超过760mg／m^3。实践证明，建设大型硫铁矿制酸装置在技术上是可行的，并且具有良好的投资效益。

| Abstract: | Tonling Nonferrous Metal's 400 kt/a pyrite-basted suphuric acid plant is described with respects to its process flow,equipment configuration,design parameters and operation.Through adjusting and improvement during trial production,the plant now operates smoothly with acid production of more than 1 200 t/d,steam generation of about 72 t/h and tail gas SO_2 concentration of less than 760 mg/m~3.The practice indicated that construction of large-scale pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant is technically feasible an... |
