镁合金中的{012}孪晶分析

摘    要:利用TEM选区电子衍射和迹线分析方法,对铸态Mg-0.5Zr,Mg-5.7Zn,及Mg-5.6Zn-0.5Zr合金中的{012}孪晶进行了研究。发现在三种铸态合金中均存在孪晶,孪晶尺寸很大,呈透镜片状,孪晶面为{012}。利用矩阵方法处理了孪晶的电子衍射谱。

Abstract:By SAED and trace analyses techniques,{0 1 2}twins in cast Mg-0.5Zr,Mg-5.7Zn,and Mg-5.6Zn-0.5Zr alloys were studied in this paper.The results show that the twins are present in all three cast alloys.In the shape of lenticular plate,the twins have a large scale of twinning,and the twinning plane are{0 1 2}.The method of the matrix is applied to analyze the SADPs of the twins.
