火花源原子发射光谱仪激发台改造

摘    要:在对ARL3460火花源原子发射光谱仪激发台的改造过程中,使用激发台板镶嵌活动垫圈的方法形成新的工作平面。通过对仪器进行漂移校正、类标校正、精密度实验和准确度实验证明,漂移校正系数α、β值优于改造前且接近1.0,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3%,分析偏差均在各元素允许偏差范围内。

Abstract:In the improvement of excitation bedplate of ARL 3460 spark source atomic emission spectrometer, the mosaic driving washer method was used to form new work plane. The instrumental drift correction, type standard correction, precision test and accuracy test proved that the values of drift correction coefficients (α and β) were better than those before modification and close to 1.0. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were smaller than 3 %, and the analytical diviations were within the allowable deviation range of elements. The obtained data were compared for evaluation, which indicated that the proposed method was feasible and effective. The results could meet the analytical requirements. The modified excitation bedplate could be used instead of the new one.
