电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法分析镁合金板中镧铈

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法直接测定镁合金板中镧和铈,优选了适宜的仪器测定参数和分析谱线,研究了基体效应、共存元素对待测元素的干扰及干扰校正方法。实验结果表明:可采用333.749{082} nm、418.660 nm{080}作为La、Ce的分析谱线,基体元素及共存元素对La、Ce的干扰可采用基体匹配、离峰单背景扣除的方法予以消除。La、Ce的检测范围在0.005%~1.0%之间,线性相关系数大于0.999 0,方法检出限分别为0.004 μg/mL(La)和0.006 μg/mL(Ce)。精密度试验表明,检测范围内两种元素的相对标准偏差均小于10%。方法用于镁合金板中La、Ce的测定,结果同光度法的测定结果相一致。

Abstract:A method for direct determination of lanthanum and cerium content in magnesium alloys by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was studied.The optimal working parameters and analytical lines were determined.The matrix effects,interference of coexisting element and the interference correction methods were studied.The results showed that two spectral lines 333.749{082}nm and 418.660{080}nm can be selected as analytical spectral lines.The interference of matrix and coexisting elements...
