| Abstract: | Misoperation of goggle Valve is major danger source of the production process system.In terms of the actual production,basic conditions of the system process configuration and misoperation phenomenon and hazard are stated.According to misoperation working mechanism,the failure causes are analyzed and the improving measures are adopted. |
