宝钢直流电弧炉系统的模型研究

摘    要:在各种建模方法的基础上,参考电弧炉V-I特性曲线拟合法改进思路,对实际的直流电弧炉系统提出了详细的建模方案,并结合现场实际情况,建立了直流电弧具体模型。为验证模型准确度,对直流电弧炉系统进行了仿真分析。结果表明:建立的模型较好的模拟了实际的直流电弧炉系统运行,其模型误差度仅在5%左右,建模方案是有效的。
