| 摘 要： | 通过对下集气管马鞍焊缝缺陷进行全面的检测、分析、研究，查清了缺陷产生的原因，预测了炉管的剩余寿命，并提出了修复使用的建议。还对修复过程的检测与焊接质量控制技术进行了总结。一个生产周期的使用情况表明：炉管检测、修复效果良好。

| Abstract: | Through overall inspection,analysis and study on the saddle welding beam defect of lower gas-holding pipes,the cause of the defects was found and prediction was made on the residual life of furnace pipes, and repairing suggestion was given as well. A summary on the control technique of inspection and welding quality in the course of repairing has been made. A whole production cycle of good performance of the unit indicates that both inspection and repairing has been done well. |
