| 摘 要： | 提出和建立了面向网络化制造的虚拟供应链模式及其运作步骤。作为一种支持中小企业建立和实施网络化制造的解决方案，它支持合作伙伴基于专门、中立的信息服务中心提供的技术支持和服务而组建动态的虚拟供应链，更快、更好地响应和满足客户需求。以陶瓷制造业为背景，进行了面向网络化制造的虚拟供应链的应用研究。应用本文的方法和技术，支持异地分布合作伙伴建立动态虚拟供应链，完成了客户通过Internet定制陶瓷产品的订单。

| Abstract: | As a solution of networked manufacturing of small/medium sized enterprises(SMEs), the virtual supply chain was oriented to networked manufacturing, and its operation mode and steps was proposed. They enable the partners to constitute dynamic virtual supply chain with the technique support and service of a special neutral information service center, and to response and meet the customer requirements quickly and well. The methodology and technology are applied in the establishment and operation of dynamic virtual supply chain in ceramics industry of China. A customer's order of customized ceramic products via Internet have been practically met by a dynamic virtual supply chain, which is composed of a group of dispersive partners with the support of an information service center. |
