基于DMC算法的单晶炉热场温度控制系统

摘    要:介绍了以AT89C51单片机为核心的单晶炉热场温度控制系统的组成及工作原理.研究了动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法在单晶炉热场温度控制系统中的应用.给出了系统的硬件与软件设计的实现方法.研究表明,与PID控制结果相比较,应用动态矩阵控制算法能使系统具有更好的控制性能.

Abstract:The composition and working principle of a temperature control system for thermal field of single crystal growth fumace were introduced.The system was composed of AT89C51 single chip micyoco(SCM).The principle of dynamic matrix control(DMC) was studied,and the application of DMC algorithm on the temperature control system for thermal field of single crystal growth fumace was given too.The design of hardware and solfware were introduced.It shows that the system with DMC algorithm has many advantages than with PID.
