摘    要:对精冲技术中运用最为广泛的强力压边精冲技术进行了数值模拟研究。通过数值模拟在计算机上直观地了解到材料在精冲过程中的流动规律,并对精冲坯料变形区的应变场变化及坯料网格的自动划分情况进行了研究,有利于精冲工艺及模具的优化设计,为精冲技术的进一步发展提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on a simple part, a numerical simulation research of fine blanking technology is presented. The material flow of fine blanking process is exhibited directly on computer. The stress & the strain field of the deformed material as well as the criteria of finite element autoremeshing are analyzed carefully. The research result is benefit for the optimal design of the fine blanking process & the dies. Furthermore, it will promote the development of fine blanking technology.
