基于实时温控系统的鼓式制动器设计

摘    要:针对货车制动器失效问题设计了一套自动降温双核控制系统制动器,主要是对制动器的温度控制系统、主副双单片机之间通信的软硬件进行了设计,通过温度传感器测试刹车片实时温度,经过信号转换传给单片机进行分析处理,控制继电器淋水阀喷水降低制动器温度,系统加设双单片机进行控制,以提高鼓式制动器的可靠性,保证行车制动安全。

Abstract:In view of the truck brake failure problem,it designed a set of automatic cooling dual-core control system of brake,according to the main design of the brake temperature control system,realizing the main and auxiliary SCM communication between software and hardware,through the test of temperature sensor brake temperature,after the signal is converted to the SCM for analysis,control relay water valve water makes the brake temperature decrease,with dual SCM control system to improve the brake reliability,ensure truck braking safety.
