| 摘 要： | 针对真空泵运行中经常出现的电流波动的现象,经原因分析和研究,发现真空泵环行断流阀与工作空气阀在运行时,有同时关闭现象。经改进控制回路后有效根除了真空泵电流波动的故障。

| Abstract: | Frequent fluctuating current has been analysed and studied during the operation of the vacuum pump.Simul- taneous shutdown of circular disconnecting valve and working air cock in the vacuum pump has been found.The trouble of fluctuating current for vacuum pump has thoroughly been removed through an improvement of controlled circuit. |
