摘    要:近年来火电厂烟气脱硫(FGD)设施建设不断加快,目前国内外已开发的烟气脱硫技术中,研制出的石灰石一石膏烟气脱硫湿法工艺已成为中国燃煤电厂烟气脱硫的首选工艺。烟气一烟气换热器(简称GGH)堵塞一直是火电厂湿法烟气脱硫系统中的1个难点。叙述了GGH结垢对电厂运行造成的不利影响以及造成GGH结垢的原因,提出,今后设置GGH的湿法烟气脱硫工程的防止措施。

Abstract:The construction of FGD in thermal power plant is developed quickly these years. The FGD technology with limestonegypsum has been first choice in China's thermal power plant with all FGD technologies throughout the world. The scaling of gasgas heater (GGH) is a difficulty in the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization, scaling always takes place in the operation of GGH, and most of GGH scale badly. It can't make desulfurization equipment run normally. This paper mainly analyses the bad influence as a result of scaling of GGH, the reason of scaling and put forward some effective advice.
