| Abstract: | This paper studies ＂source of water supply optimal allocation and scheduling programs＂, to determine optimal configu- ration program of different levels of water supply in case of the different water runoff rate, to ensure the economic and social de- velopment in Changchun City, to ensure that the Changchun municipal people＇s the normal production of domestic and industrial, to achieve the sustainable use of water resources, provide technical support. |
