| Abstract: | The paper systematically identified the risk exits in general contract projects of electric power by theoretic and experi- mental methods. It set up a comprehensive evaluation index system after analyzed acquired evaluation index. Then it put forward a suitable method for appraising the general contract projects of electric power. |
