摘    要:回顾了超磁致伸缩执行器的系统建模与控制技术的发展历程.归纳出超磁致伸缩执行器的基本设计思想.总结了近年来在传感器、执行器集成、磁滞非线性建模以及控制技术方面的主要研究成果,讨论了该领域尚待解决的问题.
