摘    要:为遏制火灾隐患,我国建筑节能防火安全体系出现3个主要模式.通过对3个模式将会给我国今后节能和防火安全形势带来重大影响作了优劣对比评析,提出对我国正在推行的高效节能有机保温材料进行脱胎换骨式的分子结构改性绝缘隔热碳化层防火,是从源头上遏止我国火患的最佳模式.分析了中国当前建筑节能防火安全的发展瓶颈是体制上存在行业条块分割、各自为政,呼吁国家主管建筑节能与防火安全的部门必须加强沟通、密切协作,才能创建有中国特色的建筑节能防火安全体系.提出为适应我国大规模节能和防火安全的需求,应尽组建国家建筑防火科研小组和聚氨酯有机保温材料研发中心的建议.

Abstract:In order to contain such fire hazards, three modes of safety system of construction energy conservation and fire protection have arisen?in our nation.
