教师专业发展语境下的高职教师合作文化的构建

摘    要:构建教师合作文化是促进高职教师专业发展的关键,但高职教师合作文化的缺失阻碍了教师之间的真诚交流与合作,严重制约着教师的专业发展。针对这种现状,文章从四个方面提出了构建高职教师合作文化的路径。

Abstract:To colleges. However, restricts teachers' cooperative cuhure construct teacher cooperative culture is essential to promote teacher professional development in higher vocational the ahsence of teacher cooperative euhure hinders sincere communication and cooperation among teachers and professional development severely. Aceording to the situation, this paper puts forward ways of constructing teacher in higher vocational colleges from four aspects.
